Miss Luyanda Mtsolo

Miss Luyanda Mtsolo matriculated at Port Shepstone High School in 2017. In 2018, she enrolled for her Bachelor of Laws Degree with the University of KwaZulu Natal and graduated in 2022.

In October 2023 she joined Sandile Dlomo Incorporated and entered a contract of Clerkship with Sandile Dlomo Incorporated effective for two years.

During her practice of law, she has accustomed herself and gained experienced or/and knowledge in the following fields of law:

  • Commercial and Corporate Law – Drafting and Litigating.
  • Environmental Law Legal Research.
  • Civil Litigation – Magistrate’s Court.
  • Family Law.
  • Administration of Deceased Estates.
  • Legal Research.

She is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) in Tax Law at the University of the Western Cape.
Her proposed dissertation topic is “A Taxpayer’s Right Against Self-Incrimination in Inquiries Under Section 50(3) of the Tax Administration Act 28 of 2011: A Critical Investigation into the Constitutionality of the Duty to Answer Incriminating Questions Under Section 57.”
